What antibiotics don't treat in honey bees

Antibiotics do not treat the vast majority of the common problems that beekeepers are faced with.
They do not treat varroa mites, tracheal mites, viruses (DWV, CBPV, IAPV), chalkbrood, stonebrood, Nosema, queen issues, poor production, or general colony weakness.
Those problems are managed through mite control, good nutrition, improved hive conditions, genetics, queen management, and overall husbandry.

I do not currently provide general consulting in
those areas.
